Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 12-25, all genders; 2.Tooth extraction treatment is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal tooth development; 2.Dental and periodontal diseases; 3.The periapical film shows abnormal root development. 4.The periapical film shows periapical lesions. 5.Contraindications for tooth extraction; 6.Persons with mental or intellectual disabilities; 7.Women who are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
