Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology; 3. Preoperative imaging included dual-energy contrast-enhanced CT with a time frame of within 2 weeks before surgery and ultrasonography performed within 1 month prior to surgery. 4. Imaging and clinical baseline data were complete and available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underwent radiofrequency ablation or surgical treatment prior to the contrast-enhanced CT scan; 2. A primary tumor diameter of < 3 mm; 3. Patients with a history of neck cancer other than PTC (e.g., nasopharyngeal carcinoma, laryngeal cancer, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the neck); 4. Inadequate image series or suboptimal image quality.
