Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of CD; 2. Patients who underwent endoscopic examination and CTE within 3 months prior to initiation of biologic therapy; 3. A time interval of no more than 10 days between repeat endoscopic and imaging examinations during follow-up; 4. Patients with no previous exposure to biologic agents; 5. Patients without active infectious lesions (including abdominal abscesses and perianal abscesses), and no history of recent severe or opportunistic infections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No endoscopic examination was performed during follow-up after biologic therapy; 2.Did not receive standardized biologic therapy; 3.History of intestinal surgery; 4.Poor-quality CTE or MRE images available for analysis.
