Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion Criteria for CPFE Patients:(1)Age > 18 years. (2)Meeting HRCT diagnostic criteria for CPFE: Emphysema of any subtype on HRCT, defined as well-demarcated areas of low attenuation with extremely thin walls ( 18 years;(2) On HRCT, emphysema of any subtype is defined as well-demarcated areas of low attenuation with extremely thin walls ( 18 years;(2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for IPF: ? Exclusion of other known causes of ILD (e.g., domestic or occupational environmental exposures, connective tissue disease, and drug toxicity); ? HRCT presentation of a UIP pattern (surgical lung biopsy is not recommended for such patients); ? For patients who have undergone surgical lung biopsy, diagnosis is made based on specific combinations of HRCT and pathological findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria for CPFE: (1) Incomplete clinical data availability; (2) Inability to cooperate with sample collection. 2.Exclusion Criteria for Emphysema:(1) Presence of concomitant pulmonary fibrosis;(2) Incomplete clinical data availability;(3) Inability to cooperate with sample collection.5% of the total lung volume. 3.Exclusion Criteria for IPF:(1) Presence of concomitant emphysema;(2) ncomplete clinical data availability;(3) Inability to cooperate with sample collection.
