Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were diagnosed through pathological examination. The clinical staging ranged from T1N+M0 to T3-4N0-2/M0 (stage II to IIIB), referring to the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM staging system for non-small cell lung cancer in 2018. 2. No anti-tumor treatment was received from diagnosis to before neoadjuvant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. Concurrent other malignancies; 3. Previous abdominal or thoracic surgery; 4. Immune system deficiency or autoimmune disease; undergoing immunosuppressive therapy; 5. Hepatic, renal, or bone marrow dysfunction or concomitant organic damage to other organs; cardiopulmonary dysfunction or inability to tolerate surgery; 6. Obvious signs of infection before treatment; 7. Patients who did not undergo radical resection after neoadjuvant therapy; 8. Incomplete data;
