Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the MHD group:1.Having received maintenance hemodialysis treatment for more than three months; 2.Inclusion criteria for the MHD group:2.Age: 18 to 80 years old, gender not limited; 3.Inclusion criteria for the MHD group:3.Willing to participate after full informed consent. 4.Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Age: 18 to 80 years old, gender not limited; 5.Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 2.Some family members of the patients requested that they be in good health and have no underlying diseases;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics were used within one month before enrollment; 2.Take immunosuppressants, foods or medicines containing probiotics or prebiotics at the same time; 3.The primary diseases are systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, autoimmune diseases, and concurrent malignant tumors, end-stage liver diseases, and chronic intestinal diseases; 4.Gastrointestinal diseases, including irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.long-term bedridden patients who are unable to eat by themselves; 7.Patients with combined mental disorders that affect treatment compliance;
