18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer without driver gene mutations (EGFR/ALK/ROS1) 2: At least one primary or metastatic lesion with a maximum diameter >3cm 3: Tumour PD-L1 TPS <1% 4: No prior anticancer therapy 5: ECOG PS 0 or 1 6: Normal organ function reserve 7: With at least one evaluable lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Small cell lung cancer or non-small cell/small cell mixed-type lung cancer 2: ECOG PS more than 1 3: Primary lesion or metastatic sites both <3cm in diameter 4: With unstable brain metastases 5: With active hepatitis or other abnormal immunological conditions rendering patients intolerant to subsequent immunotherapy
