Age
18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years old, right-handed 2. Confirmed diagnosis of acoustic neuroma, planned to undergo or already undergone surgical treatment 3. No contraindications for MRI examination 4. No history of other ear diseases, neurological or psychiatric disorders 5. No abnormalities in the brain shown on cranial CT or MRI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurofibromatosis type II (NF2) 2. Postoperative pathology is other diseases 3. Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia surgery 4. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination 5. Patients who cannot cooperate to complete relevant examinations or refuse to participate in this project 6. Patients who have undergone previous cranial brain-related surgeries 7. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular diseases 8. Patients with severe visual impairment or a history of previous eye surgeries 9. Patients who abuse central excitatory or inhibitory drugs 10. Patients with severe postoperative complications
