Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria established by the Chinese Medical Association in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Wilson's Disease (2022 Edition)". 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders due to Wilson's Disease as established by the Chinese Medical Association in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders, Third Edition (CCMD-3). 3. Aged from 15 to 60 years, both sexes included. 4. The control group is matched to the experimental group for factors such as age and sex, and is free of neurological or other major systemic diseases. 5. Meet the indications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 6. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe systemic diseases (e.g., hematological, cardiovascular) or malignancy; 2. Inability to cooperate with the examination due to psychiatric symptoms such as dementia or mania; 3. Pregnancy or other contraindications to MRI; 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
