Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy controls: Healthy people with no history of smoking and dust exposure, no respiratory symptoms, no suspicious lesions on chest CT, no other active diseases, over 18 years of age, and no drug treatment. Pulmonary tuberculosis group: pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive molecular biology, positive culture or positive pathology in the Health industry Standard-Pulmonary Tuberculosis Diagnosis (WS288-2017) of the People's Republic of China 1.Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis who met the diagnostic criteria. 2.Over 18 years old, male or female. 3. informed consent. Other lung disease group: 1.Patients with clinical/confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, etc. 2.Over 18 years old, male or female. 3.Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tuberculosis group: 1.Patients with various neuropsychiatric diseases such as disturbance of consciousness, dyslexia and so on, who cannot cough, breathe and make speech actively after training. 2.Severely malnourished patients who are unable to cough actively, breathe deeply and produce speech. 3.Patients with myasthenia gravis or neuromuscular contact. 4.Patients with vocal system injury or maxillofacial major surgery or tumor. 5.Patients with active hemoptysis in the last 2 weeks. 6.Patients with pneumothorax in recent 4 weeks. Other lung disease group: 1.
