Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for urinary incontinence; 3. Singleton full-term delivery; 4. Proficient in using smart phones; 5. No history of urinary tract infection or kidney diseases in the past; 6. No history of pelvic surgery in the past. 7. Voluntary participation in the study and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 2. Those with other underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 3. Those with pre-pregnancy urinary incontinence; 4. Those who are concurrently involved in other research projects.
