Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with bladder cancer by pathology and who have undergone radical cystectomy with ileal conduit or ureterocutaneous urinary diversion, along with their caregivers; 2. Age >=18 years, no psychiatric disorders, conscious and clear-minded; 3.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe end-stage diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, etc., and their caregivers; 2.Patients who developed severe postoperative complications and are unable to communicate normally, and their caregivers;
