Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Development trajectory of social frailty and cognitive decline among elderly people in nursing institutions and its influencing factors (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) Social frailty index >= 2 points; (3) Normal communication and comprehension abilities, with certain language expression skills, able to complete the questionnaire; (4) Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form. 2. Intervention Study of Anti-Inflammatory Diet in Physically Frail Elderly (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) Frailty phenotype score >= 3 indicates physical frailty; (3) Clear consciousness, with certain language expression and communication abilities; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 3. Development Trajectory and Influencing Factors of Multidimensional Frailty in Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Patients (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) Pathological examination and endoscopic examination confirm colon or rectal cancer; (3) Meet surgical indications and undergo standardized radical surgery; (4) Able to communicate simply in written and oral forms. 4. Construction and Empirical Study of "Triple-Complete" Management Pathway for Multidimensional Frail Elderly (1) Tilburg Frailty Indicator >= 5 points; (2) Age >= 60 years; (3) Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Development trajectory and influencing factors of social frailty and cognitive decline in elderly residents of care institutions (1) Severe complications with dysfunction of vital organs such as heart and liver; (2) No autonomous ability to act;(3) Non-cooperative in surveys or communication; 2. Intervention study of anti-inflammatory diet on physically frail elderly (1) Clinically or functionally uncontrollable respiratory, hematologic-immunologic, renal, neurological, hepatic, endocrine, cancer, or other diseases; (2) Cognitive impairment secondary to other mental or physical illnesses; 3. Development trajectory and influencing factors of multidimensional frailty in post-operative colorectal cancer patients (1) Concurrent other systemic malignant tumors; (2) Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lung, or kidney; (3) No autonomous ability to act; 4. Construction and empirical study of "triple-comprehensive" management pathway for multidimensional frail elderly (1) Tilburg Frailty Indicator score >= 5; (2) Age >= 60 years; (3) Conscious and able to communicate normally; (4) Voluntarily participating in this study.
