Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18–75 years old; 2. Planned or completed gastric/colonic ESD; 3. Able to understand and cooperate with questionnaires; 4. Have family accompaniment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active oral infection/severe oral trauma; 2. Swallowing disorders or neurological diseases; 3. Inability to complete assessments during the study period.
