Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Pathologically diagnosed as primary stage I - II NSCLC, planned to undergo 3D thoracoscopic lobectomy with systematic lymph node dissection; 3. Normal cognitive function, no communication disorders; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia); 2. With extrathoracic metastasis or other serious comorbidities (such as severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases); 3. Having received previous thoracic surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; 4. Unable to cooperate to complete follow - up at 3 or more time points.
