Inclusion criteria: 1. Employment at Shanghai General Hospital. 2. A licensed practicing physician in any clinical department. 3. Voluntary participation in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinicians who have retired. 2. Clinicians who have not yet obtained a valid Medical Practitioner License. 3. Clinicians who are unwilling to participate in this questionnaire survey.
