18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Between 18 and 40 years of age; 2.Painless oocyte retrieval is planned in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine; 3.ASA I-II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with contraindications to general anesthesia, history of acute or severe cardiovascular paralysis, acute upper respiratory tract infection, asthma attack, uncontrolled hypertension; 2.Alcoholics; 3.Subjects with a history of liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, and mental illness; 4.Hearing impaired subjects unable to communicate; 5. Subjects with a long-term history of using sedatives and opioids, or who are allergic to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, opioids and their antidotes, propofol, eggs, or soy products 6.After entering the room, the SpO2 of the patient in the air inhalation state is less than 95%;
