Interventions

No-Framing Group:Participants in this group will receive a basic knowledge curriculum that has not undergone any framing effect processing.
Positive-Framing Group:Participants in this group will receive interventions through curriculum content designed with a positive framing approach.
Negative-Framing Group:Participants in this group will receive interventions through curriculum content designed with a negative framing approach.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for pre-diabetes as defined by the Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS) 2023 edition, and be medically diagnosed with pre-diabetes mellitus (PDM); 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Possess adequate communication and language skills; 4.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Females who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.Individuals with mental or cognitive disorders; 3.Patients with comorbid malignancies or severe organic diseases; 4.Simultaneously participating in other clinical studies.
