Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Scheduled for thoracic surgery and planned to undergo one-lung ventilation using a left-sided double-lumen endobronchial tube; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification Grade I-III; 4.The patient or their family member agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe congenital malformations or acquired severe stenosis of the trachea and bronchi; 2.With contraindications to double-lumen endobronchial tube (DLT) manipulation; 3. Absence of imaging examinations; 4.The surgery is an emergency with an extremely critical condition, making it impossible to cooperate in completing data collection; 5.With mental disorders or cognitive impairments, and unable to communicate effectively.
