Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosis of acute respiratory failure during ICU admission (meeting any of the following diagnostic criteria): - Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), according to the 2023ATS global definition - or PaO2/FiO2 <= 300 mmHg; 1.During the 3.CU period, daily ventilator data can be extracted for P0.1, Poc, ?PLdyn, ?Pdyn; 2.At least one concurrent arterial blood gas analysis; 3.Complete clinical data (missing rate <20%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.< 18 years of age or pregnant lactation; 2.End-stage disease with a life expectancy of < 48 hours; 3.Missing or poor quality ventilation data; 4.Withdrawal of informed consent and prohibition of data use.
