Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with single-section thoracolumbar fractures were included in the T10-L5 single-section thoracolumbar fractures met the surgical indications; 2.Aged 18-65 years old, with a BMI of 18-30 kg/m^2; 3.Complete clinical and follow-up data are available; 4.Ensure that subjects meet research requirements and improve research homogeneity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Spinal deformity Cobb angle>30°; 2.Abnormal pedicle development (confirmed by three-dimensional CT reconstruction); 3.Patients with severe underlying diseases (coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accidents, etc.) shall be excluded from those with severe mental illness or nerve damage; 4.Having previously undergone thoracic and lumbar spinal surgery or spinal deformity, eliminate factors that may affect the effectiveness and safety of the surgery to ensure the reliability of the study results; 5.No complete clinical and follow-up data are available;
