Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Those who meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for chronic musculoskeletal pain and have persistent or recurrent pain for more than 3 months; 3. Currently, those who complain of pain and have a pain score of >=1 on the numeric rating scale (NRS) (0 indicates no pain, 1-3 indicates mild pain, 4-6 indicates moderate pain, and 7-10 indicates severe pain);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cognitive, mental, perceptual and communication disorders; 2. Those who have had surgery in the past three months; 3. Those with severe damage, infection or malignant tumors of other organs. All the research subjects signed informed consent forms.
