Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with old anal fissures aged 18 to 70; 2. Typical anal fissures that meet the diagnostic criteria for stage II and III anal fissures in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal Department", and whose fissures are located on the anterior or posterior midline; 3. Have clear surgical indications and complete surgical records; 4. Good health and no previous history of anorectal surgery; 5. The included patients must have complete medical records, examination results and follow-up records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for stage II and III anal fissures; 2. Exclude patients who do not meet the surgical indications or for whom a clear pathological diagnosis cannot be made. 3. Those with infectious diseases, Crohn's disease, sexually transmitted diseases, ulcerative colitis and other anal diseases; 4. Suffering from blood system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, immune system, endocrine, mental disorders and other serious organ diseases.
