Age
60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 60 years 2. Patients with ASA classification I, II, or III 3. Elective surgery 4. Anesthesia method is general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illnesses (including those with preoperative delirium) or those taking antipsychotic medications 2. Patients determined to have preoperative cognitive impairment based on the MMSE scale 3. Patients confirmed or suspected to abuse or have long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics 4. Patients with infection, allergy, or other conditions at the site of EEG electrode placement (forehead) that make electrode attachment unsuitable 5. Patients with severe impairments in auditory, visual, or language functions 6. Patients concurrently participating in other clinical studies
