Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children born in a tertiary hospital in Kunming and identified as Class II or Class III high-risk infants based on the "High-Risk Children Risk Factor Classification Management Checklist"; 2. Birth weight >=1000g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, obvious congenital malformations, severe genetic metabolic diseases, bilirubin encephalopathy and other serious diseases that may affect development.
