Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-65 years old, right-handed. 2.Patients diagnosed with medication-overuse headache (MOH) in accordance with the 3rd edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3). 3.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 4.Have an educational background of junior high school or above, with good compliance, capable of recording headache diaries in detail and completing subsequent follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have successfully withdrawn from medication (either currently or previously) or are receiving preventive treatment. 2.Pregnant women, lactating women, and women during menstruation. 3.Patients with severe hypertension, infections, tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, hepatic or renal failure, and other such diseases, as well as patients with mental illnesses. 4.Patients taking medications that may lower the seizure threshold. 5.Patients with a history of other substance abuse. 6.Patients with glaucoma or retinal detachment. 7.Patients with secondary headache and those with comorbid other chronic pain conditions. 8.Patients with severe anxiety, severe depression, or severe sleep disorders.
