Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergraduate medical students enrolled in the 5+3 integrated pediatrics program at Fujian Medical University 2.Able to participate in the complete teaching experiment 3.Have completed relevant basic medical courses (including anatomy, physiology, pathology, etc.) with a certain foundation in clinical reasoning 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with severe physical or mental health conditions that affect normal learning activities 2.Students who have recently participated in similar teaching reform projects that may influence the research results 3.Students who refuse to provide signed informed consent
