Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The preoperative diagnosis was scoliosis; 2.The scoliosis was classified as thoracic or thoracolumbar curve. 3.ASA physical status classification: II~III; 4.The patient was scheduled for scoliosis correction surgery under general anesthesia. 5.The patient agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery patients. 2.Patients undergoing non-primary spinal correction surgery. 3.Patients with unplanned endotracheal extubation after surgery. 4.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 5.Primary pulmonary diseases: bronchial asthma, pulmonary infections, etc. 6.Patients with severe visual/auditory dysfunction or communication barriers. 7.Patients with lumbosacral deformity only, without concomitant thoracic deformity.
