Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is >= 30 years old; 2. There is no history of tumor; 3. There is no systemic infection or inflammation (including: pulmonary, gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, hepatobiliary system, abdominal cavity, genitourinary system, skin and soft tissues, nervous system, endocardium, pericardium, periodontal, and bloodstream infections); 4. Regular annual physical examinations are carried out; 5. The informed consent form has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those with mental illnesses; 2. Organ transplant recipients; 3. Those who are positive for HBsAg, positive for HCV-Ab, positive for HIV-Ab, and positive for TP-Ab; 4. Those suffering from immune system diseases or hematological system diseases.
