Interventions

Test group:Injection of 0.5 U pituitrin (dissolved in 2 ml normal saline, slowly injected) intramuscularly 5 minutes before surgery and desmopressin acetate tablets (q8h) orally 1-3 days after surgery
Control group:2 ml of normal saline was slowly injected 5 minutes before surgery, and vitamin C tablets were given 1-3 days after surgery (q8h)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, diagnosed with moyamoya disease and requiring revascularization surgery (direct/indirect bypass); 2. Preoperative systolic blood pressure >= 90mmHg; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. ASA grades II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac and renal insufficiency; 2. Pregnancy status; 3. hypersensitivity to pituitary; 4. Preoperative application of glucocorticoids or catecholamines; 5. History of preoperative cerebral hemorrhage; 6. Preoperative coma.
