Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Food Allergy Group (FA) : Individuals suspected of having "food allergy" based on post-birth hospitalization or outpatient medical records and/or clinical history reported by parents, combined with laboratory tests; Control group: Has not been diagnosed with food allergies, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis or other allergic diseases in the past; 2. Exclusively breastfed infants aged 4 to 6 months at the time of initial inclusion; 3. Full-term (37 weeks <= gestational age <42 weeks), with a birth weight of P10-P90; 4. Those without congenital major heart diseases, congenital digestive tract malformations, congenital liver and kidney diseases, congenital neurological diseases, or genetic metabolic diseases; 5. Long-term residents with Chongqing household registration; 6. The family members of the child sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the follow-up visit. 7. Good compliance and able to cooperate with the reporters recording meal days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have been hospitalized for more than 30 days during the neonatal period; 2. Those whose dependents or family members of the child patient have been diagnosed with clear psychological problems or mental illnesses.
