45 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=45 years old; 2.Patients with mild to moderate KOA with K-L grade 1~3 on X-ray; 3. Patients with a visual analogue pain score of >=5 points and no significant response from conservative treatment (NSAIDs, physical therapy, muscle strengthening or intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid, etc.) for at least 3 months; 4.Complete clinical data; 5.Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous varicose vein surgery or knee surgery; 2.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, pregnancy.
