Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with pain in the lumbar and thoracic spine accompanied by radiating pain in the lower limbs and (or) motor or sensory dysfunction of the nerve root; 2. Patients diagnosed with single-segment LDH after imaging examination; 3. After more than 3 months of conservative treatment, the symptoms of the patient did not improve. 4. Patient age 18 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis LDH combined with lumbar spinal instability and lumbar spondylolisthesis. 2. Previous surgical history of the diseased segment; 3. There are diseases such as spinal infectious lesions and intradural lesions; 4. The LDH type is the most lateral type; 5. The patient's condition is not suitable for surgery.
