Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological findings were non-small cell lung cancer (excluding central adenocarcinoma), TNM stage IIIB and above, positive for EGFR mutations, exon 19 deletion mutations and exon 21 L858R mutations; stable CNS oligometastases were allowed; 2. All patients had a primary lesion of measurable size, 2.0-5.0 cm in diameter and metastatic tumour lesions; 3 months, Carpenter's score >=60; 5. No vital organ dysfunction, cardiac, hepatic and renal functions are basically normal, and there are no contraindications to minimally invasive surgery in terms of blood counts and coagulation; 6. The treatment was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee and informed consent was signed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with histopathological non-NSCLC and/or TNM stage less than IIIB; 2. Prior radiotherapy or local thermal ablation; distant organ metastases.
