18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged >= 18 years and <= 85 years, with no restriction on gender; 3. Patients diagnosed with resectable pancreatic cancer via imaging (abdominal contrast-enhanced CT/MRI/PET) without neoadjuvant therapy, and pathologically confirmed as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after surgery; 4. Patients diagnosed with borderline resectable or unresectable pancreatic cancer via imaging (abdominal contrast-enhanced CT/MRI/PET), and pathologically confirmed as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma through EUS-FNA needle biopsy; 5. Patients with imaging findings (abdominal contrast-enhanced CT/MRI/PET/EUS) suggesting suspicious pancreatic cancer lesions; 6. Populations with corresponding risk factors for pancreatic cancer;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having received systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc.) within one year; 2. Also accompanied by malignant tumors in other systems; 3. Accompanied by severe systemic diseases; 4. Lactating and pregnant patients;
