Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe trauma (ISS>=16); 2. Age>= 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death or automatic discharge within 24 hours of admission. 2. Patients who have taken anticoagulant drugs in the past. 3. Incomplete anticoagulation data and clinical data. 4. Pregnant women.
