Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2015 diagnostic criteria for stroke issued by the Chinese Society of Neurology, confirmed by CT or MRI, with first-time onset or no residual limb dysfunction before the attack; 2. No progressive worsening of the condition after hospitalization; 3. All patients have signed informed consent forms; 4. Comply with the 2019 Asian diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors; 2. Spinal or limb joint diseases; 3. Presence of pathologies in vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 4. Incomplete clinical data.
