Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people aged 60 or above; 2. High-risk individuals for sarcopenia screened through the SARC-CalF scale; The SARC-CalF scale includes the following questions: 1) Strength: Whether there is difficulty in lifting or carrying an object weighing 4.5kg; 2) Is assistance needed for walking indoors/Is there any difficulty in walking through the room? 3) Is there any difficulty in standing up from the chair? 4) Is it possible to climb 10 steps? 5) The situation of falls in the past year; 6) Calf circumference: Male: Calf circumference <=34 cm; Female: Calf circumference <=33 cm. Scores are assigned based on the responses or measurement results. A total score of 11 or above indicates a high-risk group for sarcopenia. 3. Have resided in the community for no less than 6 months; 4. Clear consciousness and capable of answering questions independently; 5. Informed consent to this research and voluntary participation in this project.
