18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 40 years old; 2. Initial prenatal examination occurs before the 14th week of pregnancy with a singleton fetus; 3. Regular prenatal check-ups are conducted at this hospital throughout pregnancy, and delivery takes place at this hospital; 4. Informed consent is provided, and participants are willing to cooperate with the follow-up required for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have successfully conceived through assisted reproductive technology (IVF); 2. Those with a history of recurrent miscarriage (three or more miscarriages); 3. Those with communication and comprehension disorders; 4. Those with severe systemic diseases such as cardiac, renal, hepatic, or hematological disorders, congenital diseases (e.g., immune-related), or other major illnesses; 5. Those with a history of psychiatric disorders; 6. Pregnant individuals who do not meet all the inclusion criteria.
