Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse; 2. Scheduled for laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy; 3.Adult patients aged 18 years or older; 4. Urinary catheter removal on postoperative day 1 or 2; 5. Availability of complete clinical data; 6. Provision of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous vaginal mesh implantation; 2. Preoperative urinary retention or postvoid residual volume exceeding 100 mL; 3. Current or intended pregnancy; 4. Intraoperative complications requiring prolonged postoperative catheterization (e.g., bladder or urethral injury).
