18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver cirrhosis: Aged 18–65 years, meeting diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis, and voluntarily participating. 2. Healthy individuals: aged 18-65 years with normal liver function, no chronic liver disease, immune disorders, or recent history of antibiotic use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 2. Recent administration of probiotics, antibiotics, or fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Inability to provide informed consent.
