Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 60 years old; Type 2 diabetes; Poor blood sugar control; Fasting blood glucose >= 7 mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin >= 6.5%; Able to eat orally; Stable health status and smooth communication with researchers; Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient has cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate with the study; The patient has other serious illnesses, such as dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, and kidneys; Existence of autoimmune diseases; The patient has a history of surgical treatment in the past six months; Poor compliance and difficulty in follow-up.
