Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The enrolled patients in this study were postmenopausal breast cancer patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study strictly excluded previous history of neurological diseases (epilepsy, stroke, severe brain trauma), history of severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia), long-term use of psychoactive drugs/sedatives, history of drug abuse, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C). eGFRIII, previous brain radiotherapy or chemotherapy, unable to cooperate with EEG monitoring, pregnant or lactating
