25 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke Group: 1) Meeting the criteria specified in *Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)*, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2) Stable vital signs, without severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 3) First onset of disease, with left-sided hemiplegia; 4) Disease duration 25; 6) Signed informed consent for treatment by the patient or their family members. 2. Healthy Control Group: 1) Matched with the patient group in terms of age and gender; 2) No history of neurological diseases; 3) No limb motor dysfunction; 4) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent; 5) Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Unstable condition, in the acute progressive stage, or complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases or infections; 2 Severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or those who are uncooperative; 3 Presence of hemispatial neglect, apraxia, or aphasia; 4 Illiteracy, decreased vision, or blindness; 5 Having metal implants in the head.
