Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time middle school students (aged between 12 and 17); 2. have no plan to transfer or leave school within one year; 3. agree to participate in this project and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious chronic diseases; 2. Suffering from pain in the waist and both lower limbs or other discomforts affecting movement; 3. Students with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 4. Students receiving other treatments that may affect the effectiveness evaluation of this project (such as anti-tuberculosis treatment, HIV treatment).
