Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 45 years and = 12 months; 5. The physical fitness status score of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) in the United States is <= 1; 6. Clear minded and able to cooperate in completing relevant treatments and follow-up; 7. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Researchers have determined that there is urinary incontinence before surgery; 2. History of mental disorders; 3. Combining a history of other malignant tumors or severe immune dysfunction diseases; 4. Diabetes subjects with uncontrollable hyperglycemia (defined as fasting blood glucose>150mg/dL or 8.33 mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin>8%); 5. Individuals with previous trauma, surgery, or degenerative diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease) that have affected lower urinary tract function or nerve distribution; 6. Poor compliance, unwilling to accept follow-up.
