18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinical diagnosis of T1a renal cell carcinoma, regardless of gender ; 2.18 <= age <=80 years old ; 3.The RENAL score is low to medium complexity ; 4.Can complete regular follow-up ; 5.Patients and their families informed of this study and signed informed consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to perform radiofrequency ablation or robotic partial nephrectomy, or other surgical treatment such as radical nephrectomy ; 2.Patients who refused to collect data ; 3.Patients with other tumors ; 4.Patients with surgical contraindications such as severe cardiopulmonary underlying disease decompensation and severe bleeding tendency disease ; 5.Pregnant or lactating women ; 6. Patients and their families refused to participate in this study ; 7.The situation that the researchers think should be ruled out.
