Control group (Group A):Traditional CPR instruction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training delivered by an instructor through face-to-face teaching.
Intervention group 1 (Group B):During training, participants use a wearable CPR training-assist device that provides real-time audiovisual feedback.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Has not received standard basic life support training within the past two years; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Volunteers to participate and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) due to physical conditions (e.g., upper-limb fractures, inability to engage in vigorous physical activity, etc.)
