18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed intestinal metaplasia / low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia / high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or gastric adenocarcinoma, and the patient has undergone radical surgery without neoadjuvant therapy. 2. Surgical or endoscopic resection that can provide a single piece of tissue >=50 mg (about the size of a soybean). 3. Age 18–65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant other malignant tumors, severe dysfunction of major organs (heart, liver, kidney, etc.), or serious hematological, neurological, or psychiatric diseases. 2. Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy within the past six months. 3. Prior gastric radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
