Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >= 40 years who receive diagnosis and treatment in the Spinal Surgery Ward of our hospital from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2027, and undergo lumbar spine MRI, lumbar spine CT, and BMD testing as required for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in this research project, patients with a history of spinal tumors, or patients whose diagnosis and treatment plan does not include any one of lumbar spine MRI, lumbar spine CT, and BMD testing.
